Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
Orders that do not contain personalized/customized item(s) are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders containing personalized/customized item(s) are processed within 5 business days unless noted otherwise.
All of your items on your order will ship together. For example, if your order contains four items and only one of those items is personalized, we will wait until the personalized item is complete and ship all of your items together.
Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow up to 7 additional business days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
